    Preparing for the police academy. I started doing Insanity last month and I feel that my cardio is improving every day. Just wanted to see if anybody else has done this program, did you like it and what were your results?

    I've only been working with kettlebells and just standard cardio for about a year. I feel I should start integrating some free weights back into my routine. What can I add?
