I think that there are some regions that are more dangerous to women, so those areas should be avoided or women should not go there alone, sadly is the reality that we have.
I feel that the laws might be adequate in most cases, just the way some police officers and judges interpret them is that might be too strict or not. We need to be flexible I think.
Usually the police knows the law better than we do, but if we have nothing to hide there is really no problem. We can ask for the police to identify themselves though.
There are quite a few things wrong in this world and if those are not sin we can call it anything else, but those with a conscience do know what sin is.
I really don't know, I think I would not buy anything immediately, but I would start to look for another place to live and I would start travelling, see the world! :)
I don't know, it doesn't seem right for the governments to be collecting money when people are selling their bodies, or would it be a tax free activity?
I don't really get the importance of the polygraph, even more when we know that there are ways to cheat it. Either cases, if it's not reliable we should not depend on it to be admitted or not.

I think a kid should get a cell phone when there is need for it, so even if it depends a little on the situation I say between 9 and 12 or something like that, not before.
I feel that we should address a police officer pretty much as we would any other people, with respect. Something a proper education should provide, but sadly we see less and less.
Some special forces might be prepared, but other police forces don't have that training. Times have changed fast so special training needs to exist to face current issues.
Once the military active duty is over some soldiers might want to continue a career serving the country, so the being a police officer can be a good career.
Legalizing drugs is something I am totally against because drugs are not a good thing, so what's the point in making them legal? Don't we already suffer enough with alcohol?
This is a great question and I feel that there quotas yes for tickets, for arrests I really don't think so, I mean, who gets arrested is because it deserves, not due to quotas.
